Privacy Protocol
We Know Nothing About You. By Design.
Most companies treat your data as an asset. We treat it as a liability. Our systems are architected to know the absolute minimum about you, and to forget even that as quickly as possible.
Here is how we operate within New Zealand law while protecting your identity.
Purchasing: Pseudonyms Welcome
We do not require your legal name to sell you hardware.
Payment
We accept Monero (XMR), Cash by Mail, and Bank Transfer.
Shipping
We only need a valid physical address to get the package to you. If you wish to use a pseudonym on the shipping label, please do so.
Retention: The "24-Hour Burn"
We operate under a strict Purpose Fulfillment policy (NZ Privacy Act 2020).
Once the courier marks your package as "Delivered", the purpose of holding your address data is fulfilled.
24 hours after delivery, our system automatically overwrites your shipping details.
We do not maintain a historical customer database. We cannot email you marketing, because we deleted your email.
Transparency & Compliance
NZ Law
We comply fully with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and IRD requirements for financial record keeping, but these records are decoupled from your personal identity wherever legally possible.
🕊️ Warrant Canary
We have not received any gag orders, subpoenas, or warrants from any government agency.
